    Each expert has put their wisdom into this diary to help you stay on track nutritionally, mentally, and physically. 
    It is a logbook aimed at athletes but can be used by anybody who wants to make a change and be healthy and well. 
    It will help by keeping you accountable for your what you eat and your actions, as well as giving practical advice about balancing food in the Zone and gentle movement to make you more flexible, stronger, and aware of your body.
